    Hot springs

What is your favorite place to camp around hotsprings and/or 1 days hike from it? I have some friends who want to go there this weekend and want to recommend a few good places to camp. Thanks everyone!

The shelter just south has a nice grave site next to it.
I love the hike north of Hot Springs, but can't recall any specific camping spots.
    Trust nobody!

That'd be Creek Ridge Camping. Keith and Melissa, the owners, also own Rock Bottom in town. Both are great places to go. Don't forget to get an appointment to soak in the springs while you're there. You won't regret it, trust me.

we did the section from Tanyard Gap back into Hot Springs. For me it was pretty tough cause im out of shape. There were several places along that section that I would have really enjoyed setting up my hammock and chilling for an evening. There is a spot on top of one of the mountains near the end of the trail that's good and flat.

I'd like to go up there and camp for a few days if I could.
