WB BB DL 1.1/1.7 Thread Count

I want to thank everybody for their reviews and comments regarding the Warbonnet BB hammock. I have learned allot. I'm kinda new to the world of hammocks, so bear with me.

I wish to purchase one, but I can’t make up my mind between the DL 1.7 or the DL 1.1.

In a nut shell….for my body weight of 190 lbs….will the DL 1.1 allow me to lay as flat as the DL 1.7?

I'm sure that the increase in thread count reduces the amount of sag in the fabric as the weight increases.

    Thanx
    Daryl

At 190, you should be fine in a double 1.1. I think you're close to the 'bubble' between the two where either would be effective. You would get a slightly flatter lay in the 1.7, but doubtful it will be of any significance.
    Trust nobody!

I've fluctuated in weight between 190 and 170 since buying my 1.1 DL BB, and I've noticed very little change in the way it feels. I'd say you should be completely fine with the 1.1.

I fall in the middle as well...my weight changes between 190-210 depending on the season and how active ive been. I went with the 1.7 dl and havent noticed any change in flatness as my weight fluxuates.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Based on the specs, you shouldn't regardless.

I was in the same situation...DL 1.1 or DlL 1.7? Emailed Brandon (Warbonnetguy) and he recommended the DL 1.1 for me (185-ish...but slimming down!). Placed my order this afternoon. Now the wait begins.
