I have a HH explorer deluxe and am considering a major modification. I was wondering about disconecting one side of the bug net and putting in two zippers running from the center out. Then sewing up entrance slit so that one could lay on either end. This would allow me to enter from the top and I think this would make it much easier to enter and exit easier with my sleeping bag. Has anyone done this, any potential problems and is there any thread that has discussed thess types of modifications?
