Works OK, but side and back are best in the Blackbirds IMO.
If you're really a stomach sleeper, even in a hammock, then a bridge style hammock is going to be your best bet. Doesn't get much flatter than a bridge type hammock.
    Trust nobody!

WB Guy is just a very busy guy,,, YES,,,Well Worth the wait. If one is needed now, I've used the ENO double which is a nice hammock and can get most anywhere. You can never have too many hammocks...

Thanks for the reply! As far as waiting..you guys wouldn't want to order a Strother archery bow, if a couple of weeks wait is too long for you. I waited 6 months for my Strother SR-71 and finally got it this February. I ordered a RRA .223 AR a couple of years back and it took nearly 2 months to come in. Not being smart assed, but it is common to wait for superior products. Supply and demand. My 1st harley took 6 months to arrive after I ordered it. Being a bow hunter, I am just patient.

Quality often takes time. And since Warbonnet is a small operation and the hot-ticket item right now, add even more time.

I just ordered a Blackbird and Superfly last week, and I am anxious to try them out.

I really, really hope that I get them before the month-plus motorcycle camping trip that I am planning gets underway later this month. I really want to sleep in that Blackbird on the trip's camping nights.

    Fingers crossed,
    Chris

I placed an order for a BB a couple of weeks ago knowing I would have to wait. Got one for my wife a month or so back and after getting it and checking it out, I decided I had to have one for myself, even if I have to wait.

I learned this kind of lesson long ago, which is why even though I'm new to hammock camping and am waiting for my BB and Superfly, I will be hammock camping while I wait. I just have to decide which hammock to pack while I wait.

Or maybe I'll put all of that DIY research I've been doing lately to good use. I read somewhere on the Innerwebs that you can't have too many hammocks.
