I suspect that anything that is being triggered is due to the banner ad that loads at the bottom of each page, rather than from the forum itself. We don't control the content of those ads.
If/when it happens again, screenshot the error for me and I'll be glad to look into it.

Ahh, I wonder if you have the Microsoft Anti-Phishing Security (or something wordy like that) enabled. That could create the issue also.
