    Nope, to early for that.
But we can make a winter hang in the dark and cold january....

That should actually be very fun and very "do-able".
I´ve tried some winterhanging and it´s really nice when it´s cold and clear weather. Nice to look at the stars when hammocking, no need for tarp when it´s cold and clear, the risk of snow is very small when it´s minus 20-25 celsius. But freaking awesome to experience.....

This hangout is veeerryyyy important, no-one should miss it!
As I said I would love to attend but I have my reasons not to. And to be sure I have slept on it for a couple of nights.

Quit my job. No way. It is a calling.
    Rescheduling. Could be done.

But at the same time I am 5.000 dollars in debt to the bank.
And I badly want to by this canoe http://www.novacraft.com/canoe_robroy.htm since the coast in Denmark is the only place left where no one will bother you for hanging your hammock if you are a bid discreet. And that purchase will add considerably to my debt. A thing which seems to be happening all the time after I had my first hang. Just bought a new touring bike to pull my Extra Wheel http://www.extrawheel.com/
But I wish you all the best for you fall hang in the beautiful northern Sweden.

    Best,
    Blaze.

I'll hopefully be ready for round two of S.K.A.H.O.... at the moment I've used up all my vacation and my youngest son is only two weeks old, so my boss and wife would never let me go

Cool setup, Blaze! I like the extra wheel a lot! Might just order one myself, when I'm done buying all the other things on my wish list

    Yeah that would be cool!
I spend a few weeks in Sweden each year anyway, so it would be a nice excuse to go there some more
I absolutely love Sweden! The nature up there is just so much more fantastic and accessible than in Denmark. Your 'Allemansrätt' is something for so many other countries to strive for!

Nice rig you got there Blaze - makes me wanna dust off my Mountainbike again

Peter - how many snakes are there? i´m sure they are large, plentyfull and very agressive (i´m pondering about how much snake juice to bring, just in case)

Hmm, I remember that I saw 2 snakes when I was a kid, since then I´ve only seen the roadkills. No, you can skip the snake juice, bring beer instead

You´re not getting the wink There is a lot of snakes right?!? I think i once read about the giant polar killer constrictor(with fleece covered rattlers), which especially like to prey on hanging food ie. hammockers.
Also remember i´m an aspiring gram weenie - beer is heavy, when you compare the amount of active ingredients to "snake juice"
