New to DIY, help finding supplies?

I'm looking forward to building my own Gemini underquilt. I am, however, having a hard time finding the necessary supplies. Can any of you help me find the right sized KAM snaps and pliers?

Where does a person buy shock cord?

    TIA

If one of those vendors doesn't have it, you DON'T need it!

Don't mean to hi-jack your thread, but figured this would fit in here..

What size, type webbing should be used for the little loops for tie outs?

1/2" grosgrain is a popular choice.
