    Storm"customer service"crow

Thanks Adam. You really made my birthday/fathers day a good one by getting my incubator to me in time for my hike. You really went out of your way. This guy is the best and he makes super heavy duty equipment. I just can't figure out how he keeps it so light. He must be breaking some law of physics with his sewing/physic bending machine. Thanks again. You must have been an engineer in your past life.

    YES!

I would like to add my voice to this chorus! Got my Crowsnest just in time to head out for three days.

Just the best customer service ever!

    Quality is amazing!

Ok you guys are going to have to stop talking about your crowsnests. I ordered mine about four weeks ago and am about to die from new gear anxiety. I am so excited that I will be getting one finally. Even with the temp being in the mid 90s here I am going to take it out for a test run as soon as the mail man gets here with it.
Patiently waiting in the mean time.

...hehehe! Yep! I was in your exact position last week. If you find the "Thunder Swamp - a/k/a Slug Fest" thread and trip report, you will see that our temps were in the 90's (except for the first night 48F !). I simply slid my Crowsnest up or down and left the ends open wide - very VERY nice & easy!

    No over heating!

BTW, in those temps, my new mantra: "It's the BEER not the gear."
    Happy Trails,
