    Shug made me join!

lol, hello all! I found your forum watching Shug's YouTube videos. I am a long time camper but in recent years gained weight so now I am trying to lose it to get back into shape so I can enjoy hangin again. So my question is; What is the most heavy duty hammock system out there?

    Welcome to HF!
There are a couple production hammock out there that can support about 350#, so I'm not quite sure what you would need, but you could always look into sending a email out to the manufacturers to see if they are able to help!?!?!?!

Welcome to the fourms! Glad to have you. Shug's videos sure are great and have steered a slew of people here to forums. The WarBonnet Double 1.7 a top notch hammock and is very well thought of here on the forums.

    Welcome Tony.

I'm a big fella too, lots of options really. I've done single layer and double layer hammocks without fail. I'm a diy guy, and had good luck with all the hammocks I've built.

Welcome! I'm a big guy (270lbs) and I find hammocks very comfortable. My Eagles Nest Outfitters doublenest is rated for 400lbs and the Warbonnet Blackbird 1.7 double layer (which is very popular around here) is rated for 375lbs.
