What is the best size tarp for SB Pro?

Brand new to camping in a hammock. This past week I used used a SB Pro on a 3 day backpacking trip and loved it. I picked up some of the famous Wally World special $1.50 yd digi camo treated nylon material, 15 yds in fact. I did not have time to make a tarp before the trip and packed along a 5x7 tarp that I already had and it worked fine as there was no rain forcasted. Now that I am back I want to make a tarp for the SB Pro.

Any help on the best size? Since it is a large hammock what has worked for those that have the SB Pro?

I would like it lite but am not counting oz. and would rather have protection than weight savings.

    Thanks in advance!
    Jeff

I have the SBPro and I use the funky Forest tarp by Grandtrunk which is a 10'x10' tarp and it works great.

I used a 13'X11' diamond tarp that worked just fine. It is 1/2 way down the page http://www.mosquitohammock.com/ It's heavier than a sil tarp though.

I have read elsewhere in this forum that your tarp should extend at least 1 foot on either side of your hammock - so the tarp ridge line should be 2 feet longer than the hammock ridge line. And personally I find that to be adequate, unless you make a Hex tarp with very sharp beaks - in which case you might need a longer ridge tarp - or less sharp beaks (if this makes sense).
