    Hammocks are stuffed.

Tarp is furled using velcro cable ties and then stuffed.

Hammock is all I have for now and I roll it. (maybe this falls into the fold category?) Then I use part of my webbing suspension to keep it rolled.

Tarp furled and stuffed. JRB 11'x10' tarp fits back into stuff sack.

Hammock is folded and then rolled. Use a Velcro wire tie when rolled. Rolled hammock ends up slightly larger than a fist.

Both fixed to outside of pack since neither affected by rain, snow or sleet.

    +1 Good setup
oldgringo's reply to my worrying about owning extra hammocks:

How many pairs of underwear do you own? Do you refer to them as "extras", simply because you're not wearing all of them as we speak?

I put fold, but all I really do with my hammock is roll it up really small with my webbing and then stuff it in my pack. I usually leave my Underquilt attached, and if it is on, then I roll it up and put it in a stuff sack. My tarp I always fold up and put it in the outer mesh pocket of my ULA Conduit.

This setup works for me, but whatever floats your boat.
Psalm 19:1-3 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard."

One of my Hennesy's has snake skins. The rest of my hammocks are stuffed. Not much difference IMO.

I have thought about snake skin'n both but the more I think about it the more I think really there is only a need to snake skin the tarp.
