I would love to attend, but

that weekend is an annual gathering of brethern from another forum, Paddling.Net at Raystown Lake in central PA. I will be hanging there and playing with canoes as well.

I have boated Jocassee years ago, and can attest to it's beauty. Numerous waterfalls and clear water.

I can't imagine doing this and not having a meal together.

The only sites that have been reserved since I reserved mine are 3, 4, 16, 17, and 24. I have #25 and someone else already had 13, 21, 22, 23.
Hopefully, 3, 4, and 24 are hangers. If not, we're losing spaces.

    In summary,
    1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, and 20 are still available. RED ones are on the water.

October is a great time to be outdoors no matter where you are.
Have a good time in PA Jim, and maybe we'll catch you down here some other time.

I'm in! Booked site T012 for Oct 8-10 (snoring section) Don't yet know how many will be with me.

I'm game for a (or multiple) group meal. I know we have a few new campers coming so will bring stuff for doughboys ( you think s'mores are good...)

I can now confirm that I will be having my brother-in-law and his family (4) with us that weekend. As I mentioned earlier, they will be ground dwellers but our activities will include them that weekend. Possible chance that others could be joining us for that weekend or even a for just Saturday evening. Not sure what our Saturday evening meal will entail. However, I will definitely get around to seeing all the HF members at some point and would like to scope out some different setups and such.

    Cool!
I'd say, the more the merrier!
Just remember, one of the stipulations we would be held to is no more than six people per site.
    See you there!
