    Smile another hammocking addict...

hello, I'm shane, I've been hammocking for a few months now

might as well start posting to help with my addiction

I'm even becoming a gear head, tried out the sewing machine and made some snakeskins... that might take me some time to master

mostly find it relaxing but also exciting, survived some nasty storms in Iowa and Wisconsin in the hammock, last night was the coldest, probably lower 40's plus some major wind chill, tried to find a website that gives the temps of the night before...

even w/ pad, sleeping bag and emergency blanket my nipples had an out of body experience so I just ordered a 7 degree panda bag/hammock hopefully that will do the trick

    nice to meet you all

snull- you might as well quit your job now; it's only going to interfere with the addiction.

On second thought, you're going to need the income for all the 'stuff'. Welcome to the forum!
