    Speer SPE Velcro Tab Issues

I recently purchased an SPE and applied the Velcro tabs as per the instructions.
After one night they have all pulled off the nylon. The strength of the Velcro was greater than the adhesive. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm going to try heating the adhesive next time, and applying pressure for 24 hours. If that doesn't work, I might glue them in place.

I had exactly that problem. You might have better luck if you just sew the tabs on.

The only thing the adhesive is good for is to hold them in place while sewing them.
I THOUGHT GETTING OLDER WOULD TAKE MUCH LONGER.

Hey Fishbone! How 'ya doing? What I meant to say was that Fishbone gave me a tip- 2 or 3 years back at one of Neo's fall hangs- to just sew the tabs on. I thought it but didn't write it so now I am!
