How does a size 46 stack up to regular shoe sizes?

1. Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
2. Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of the longest toe.
3. Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
4. If the foot length varies more than 1/6 inch, it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
5. If you second toe is more than 1/6 inch longer than your big toe, it may be difficult to get a precise fit.

I wish it was a size 43-44...I would be all over it!

A size 46(euro size) is a size 12 here the USA.

I'd STRONGLY recommend trying on a pair of Vibrams before ordering them, their super-snug nature means that they really need to be perfectly sized or aren't going to be pleasant if possible to wear.
Animal control had a great link above. I wear a shoe size mens 11 1/2 to a 12 and these fit perfectly for me.

I can wear some wide 11's but usually wear an 11 1/2. 12's are nearly always to big.
I bought a pair of these a couple weeks ago and bought 45's. They fit good. As someone else mentioned good fit is really important for them to be comfortable, more so than most shoes.
