Just made my tarp (pics on their way soon, i hope) and I'm making some tarp tensioners for the tie-outs now and am wondering if anyone has an approximate linear stretch (from the tie-out point of view) they get from their sil tarp?
For instance, if each of my tensioners will retract 2" over the course of the night will that be enough to keep things reasonably taught?
does this make sense? just tryin' to figure out how much shock cord i need to give the necessary tension without adding too much excess.
