My girlfriend and I hang together under a tatonka 4mx3m tarp all arranged between 3 trees and we sleep with our feet together.

We did have one weekend away though where 3 suitable trees weren't there and I managed to get one hammock under another... Interesting mid night nature break!

My wife and I have hung two under the superfly without problems. Adequate coverage in blowing rain. The bonus with the superfly is the side pull outs that give more room inside. I have the older style superfly with the snap on doors. This did make it easier at the double tree end as the suspension for the hammocks could exit between snaps. Not sure how you'd work that with the add on doors that are sold now, but with a will a way can be found.

BER, have you used the superfly to cover two without the doors? The only one I've been able to check out was the new style that didn't have any doors.

We have always used it with the doors. They provide protection from blowing from the ends, but I believe there would be adequate protection for two hammocks even without the doors. With the new design, you could still attach doors at the single tree end as both suspensions would go through the central gap between the doors.
