I'd like to sum it up in 1 word fantastic!!!!!
Making a couple DIY hammocks as soon as the fabric gets here.
I ride a Super Sherpa and have been eager to ride and hang. I am on ADVrider too. Making my way through the big hammock thread there.
Love the whole ride report and really enjoyed the pics of the Dakotas. Thanks ! Rarely see pics of SD other than the Badlands. Nice to see wooded mountains. I definitely want to ride/hang there sometime.
I am just up the road from you in WNC. Planning on the Hot Springs Hang. Maybe see you there?

Great trip report and awesome photos! It's good to see another Nikon user. Everyone I know uses Canon and I don't know why haha! I can't wait to take a cross country trip myself. I'd like to wait until the little one is old enough to enjoy it though.

Thanks for the kind words, folks! That was a great trip.
I got back from a three-week trip to (mostly) Colorado about two weeks ago. I'll probably do a report here on it, 'cause I hung about 14 nights of it.

Snare, that hang is on my radar, but I'm not sure about making it. I need to look at the calendar.
Super Sherpas are cool. Little bikes are so much fun. I have a TW200 in the stable. LOVE that little thing!
Pilot, it's good to see you on here.
Spacemn, I like my Nikon and the backwards compatability of lenses.
