Hey yall, just started to get into hammock camping and love it so far. My cousin Jordan sort of turned me on to it when we went on a hiking / climbing trip in Tennessee at Twall. It was about 33 degrees out and thought she was crazy but the next morning she said she slept like a bug in a rug unlike me who was tossing and turning on my prolite in my tent. Decided to give it a try and am hooked...I love backpacking and its more practical carrying less weight. You get to enjoy the backwoods more! Have an ENO and a nano 7 with a backwoods daydreamer rectangular tarp that i recently took to Red River Gorge. Splendid! Got a hybrid suspension system on it with webbing cinch buckle setup attached to some amsteel. Ridgeline is amsteel with a figure 9 to adjust. Dont have those fancy newfangled whoopie slings yet. Might have to get me some of those!
