I am in the process of researching DIY non-down UQs. I think the research is done after your amazingly simple design. I recently posted a question about making an uq using a wool army blanket as the insulation. Whether I get replies (good or bad), I am going to do it following your instructions for the heck of it. It will be good experience for when I get some real...er...synthetic insulation. Thanks.
