I know that the quilt discussed is down but don't forget to check out the KAQ's over at AHE. The are synthetic but work wonderfully for me down to the upper 20's in Feb of this year. Like others have stated I am a broad shouldered fella and they cover me well.

KAQ's rock. I had Paul make me an underquilt that covers me up past both shoulders. I have a 66" chest.

Brandon talked of making a 'wide' version of the Mamba, for just that reason. You might contact him about it when he starts up again.

That being said, JRB has wide quilts available right now, same day shipping in most cases....

I hadn't heard that. If it turns out to be true, my wallet will be in even more trouble.
