Greetings from Sweden

Hi there.

38 year old guy from southwest sweden here.
Got terribly tired of never finding a spot flat enough to sleep on and ordered a kit from the swedish DD retailer.
Fell in love, wish i could use it at home too.

So now i'm in the process of customizing the kit, testing rigging methods, pads (really want to try an underquilt), different kinds of insulation and so on.

This stuff is ADDICTING!

12 step program anyone? " Hi my name is Andreas, and i sleep in hammocks"

Welcome to HF and "My name is John, I am a Hammocker". Now that that is out of the way, this is not an addiction and we are not obsessed........we have just transcended to a higher state of camping peace and serenity!!!!!!!!

man that needs to be on a bumper sticker or something!!!!!!!!

What hammock hanging is an addiction? I guess that explains the shakes and jitters when I'm not able to hang! Hum? I wonder if my insurance will cover intensive hammock hanging therapy.
