UK meet, if they can do it, why cant we?

I'm also really up for this. I've got plenty of DIY kit I need to give a proper going over.

i live in wiltshire, bristol is less than an hour away. there seems to be a few of us down this way as well as people in new forest area. the rest are over essex and norfolk way for the south anyway.

yorkshire is a fair old trek. i was thinking if we managed to just organise a few people from the north in the north and a few people from the south in the south. neither group is prob going to want to travel and there seems to be a good few members from the dales on here with good hangouts, so why not have one in yorkshire and we can try and organize one somewhere down here.....

not by any means trying to cut anyone out, just saying it would double our chances of actually getting one organised! hahaha

I travel between Oxford and Leeds all week so Southern meet is a possibility also, but I will take the advice and see who's about in the dales..

just want to reiterate that im not giving you the boot!!! next time you are down in oxford, drop me a line as its only about 40mins from me. just seems that there are two quite distinct groups of us and we should make the most of it rather than trying to shift everyone to one part of the country.
