I've got one of these. It's a great pack. At 70 liters, it will allow you to pack too much, but you don't have to fill it. It's good to have that option.
You won't find another one for this price.

I have one of these, it's definitely not UL but it's a spacious, bombproof pack with lots of bells & whistles. 70L gives you a lot of options and, as the OP says, you don't HAVE to fill it all the way jut because you can.
