WBBB double layer - want closeup picture

Does anyone have any pictures of a double layer WBBB hammock in which you can see how you can access the sleeve between layers?

I'm trying to get a feel for how I could slide a pad in between the layers.

    Thanks!

Well, there is no sleeve. Just the two layers of the hammock. The layers of fabric are attached (on the zipper side, they are sewn together on the shelf/non-entry side) along a short section near the center of the hammock, along its length. You would slide the pad between the two layers either through the opening near the foot end, or the opening at the head end. I tend to put the pad (when I am not using an underquilt) through the head end opening, as that angles it down the hammock toward the footbox.

I'm not sure how a picture will help - it's fairly straightforward. Without the short bit of seam attaching the top to the bottom the top layer would probably slip out of place and leave you lying on the pad.

The opening on mine is right above the midway part. I can slip a Thermarest Zlite pad in there with no problems. With the pad in between the layers, it doesn't seem to slide around as much.

    My $.02

Thanks! It seems that the WBBB has easier "between layer" access than the HH Deep Jungle model I'm also considering.

No problem. I know how hard it can be to make a decision on what to buy.

You really can't go wrong with the WBBB double layer hammock. I have used mine a few times now and I don't know how I got by all of this time without one.
