    too tall? help!

hello, im a noob. ill admit it. the only hammock i have slept in was an eno double nest. although i thought this was super comfortable i have nothing to compare it to and i also would need to buy a tarp and make an attached net for it. my other option.. is a hennessey expedition. my question with this is that it says the max height is 6 feet. I am 6 feet tall and very skinny (145lbs) and want to know if this hammock will be less comfortable then an eno double and whether the eno is worth buying plus all the upgrades.

I am 6ft 2+ and use a Blackbird 1.7 double ( I weigh 270 ) and I find it to be very roomy. I use a Eno double nest as my lounge in the backyard on a hot afternoon hammock
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.

I would not recommend that you push the suggested height limits for any hammock. Your comfort will suffer!

I agree. I am 6'1", and use an HH Explorer for one example( also a HH Safari plus other brands). I find it pretty comfortable, personally I would not want to go with a shorter hammock, though I could probably get by with one. In your case, you are already used to a pretty long hammock, the ENO, which is a good bit longer than the Expedition.

6'2" here. The HH Explorer is a great length for me. It's comfy and roomy. I just really want to at least try a WBBB. I think the footbox and shelf are options that I think I will really like.

We could be twins! But only if you make that 270 look as good as I do.

I'm 6'7" and I fit fine in the Grand Trunks Skeeter Beater Pro. I don't mean to throw too many options at you, but there it is.

I am 6ft 2in, and i felt cramped in the Expedition. I have since upgraded to the Explorer, and I am much more comfortable.
