    That's pretty interesting, I could see it being quite relaxing rocking back and forth on a nice day.

    I have to admit when I saw the title of this thread, I was thinking I was going to be reading about some hammock which you filled up with water and was suppose to act like a water bed hung from a tree.

    Its just basically a small pontoon boat with a hammock on it. Can you imagine how much money they would ask for that thing, crazy.

    It'd be a fun DIY project for someone. Not me, as I have no workspace, easy access to water, and will in fact be "living outside the box" for the next few to several months, as I try to figure out to what part of the country/world I would like to relocate.

    Some people really need to learn how to get into and out of a hammock, though he was at a disadvantage with those flipper bars, I really dislike those hammocks.

    wheres the part of that hammock dealing with speedboat or jetski wakes??? Ill like to see that!

    Looks like it was filmed in Lake Tahoe. I know that overlook.

    If you configure your tarp right you could use it as a sail.

    My hammock has looked very sail-like strung between two trees on several occassions.

    It would lend itself well strung vertically from a mast using the suspension. Controlling said set up may pose difficult.
