Almost killed JD at the 09 Winter Hangout.

I guyed out my tarp lines which were green across the walkway without thinking, and when he came back down the trail he tripped on one and ended up falling on a sharp pointy stump. Did a number on him, and I feel bad to this day about it. Needless to say, I'm awfully careful about where my lines are these days, And I typically use reflective line or at least glow in the dark tensioners.
Not the guy to ask for Directions.

Last weekend I couldn't find my spork in my food bag so I figured I forgot it at home. I whittled a utensil out of a piece of wood found on the ground. Not really wanting to eat off of that I wrapped it in a plastic baggy. It worked in a pinch but it wasn't any fun. When I got home and dumped out my food bag low and behold there was my titanium spork. Oh well, at least I got some use out of my RC-3 knife!

you -might- owe him a new tarp; at the very least offer to get it professionally repaired.
just sayin- it's how I would handle it.
KM (who borrows stuff, and tries to give it back in better condition than she got it.)

    Part 2 of 2 - Swap out

In part 2 of 2, I mentioned that I swapped him out with the exact same tarp - Mamba Jamba Spinn UL that I had. Luckily we both own the same tarp. Now I am the proud owner of a botched tarp.

I emailed Brandon, he is going to send me some scrap Spinn and he said some silicone adhesive should do the trick. I'll keep everyone posted.
