My wife is making me a hammock sock.. yeahhh.. Those of you with hammocks with side tieouts.. (eg HH and BB's) How have you configured your sock to work with pull outs. Did you cut holes in the side of the sock for the ropes to go through? thanx

I did on one side. I like my footbox pulled open. So I marked about where I wanted the hole. Then my wife got some of this stuff that glues fabric with a hot iron and we made a patch of stiffer material around the hole, then cut a small hole in the center of the patch just big enough for the cord to pull through. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ua1c29FekjM

I don't use the tie-outs on my HHs or my BB...so my socks don't have them.
