Only ones that are hung on a BB it is about the same shade as the 1.1 the Brandon uses so it is hard to tell where the Hammock and quilts stop and start. I will try and find one and post it.

    Works great with a Speer!

I've been using my Lost River with a Speer since early May of this year. It fits very well wrapping up the sides and positions easily when in the hammock. When laying in the hammock I have it loose to start with and then pull up on the sides until the warmth begins. Tighten it at that position and usually dont have to fiddle with it. I close off the ends a bit based on how cold it is and how much wind. If warmer I open them up. I added a new shock cord, plus 3 inches or so on each side, that supports the quilt end by the legs. This provided more of a loose fit for me in warmer weather. By the way, this underquilt has worked fine for me down to about 28 degrees, snow was falling and a bit of wind.

dumb question, but i'm still pretty new to hanging so forgiveness please...

i have spent 2-3 nights now in my WBBB with the lost river and have been quite comfortable, but am wondering if the loops on the sides of the quilt are meant to be used with this particular hammock? it seems to work pretty well with just the ends secured, but if there was somewhere on the hammock that i could secure the loops to, it would stay in place that much better.

hey paul, i was thinking of taking advantage of the anniversary sale and getting the TQ as well, but it says $65 to ship to canada and $16 to the US. a few months ago when i bought the UQ, it was $10 to canada and $5 to the US. what gives?

This past week spent 3 days doing trail work on the local STS loop in northern PA. Thought I would share a photo of the set up with the Lost River under the Speer. Nice comfy evening, got down to about 40 degrees.

    Regular Lost River & Speer

    Bigfoot2

I am using the regular 44 inch width size Lost River. I am 6 foot and the quilt covers not quite to the knees. A bit of gg thin pad takes care of the legs and feet. The Speer is 60 inches wide and could accomidate the XL Lost River at 56 inches for sure.

Heres a few more photos showing the set up. Could not resist showing the last photo of a timber rattler on the trail. One of the many reasons to use a hammock

    Love the rattler!
I asked because i am looking at getting one of the two this week and i am 6'3" tall, 220 lbs. with very broad shoulders. Looks like the regular would work fine, though. Thanks!
