I was wondering if anyone has a segmented pad extender( S.P.E ). I can not find one out there in the hammock world....

Speer as you may already know doesn't make these anymore.

You may find some luck with someone selling one they don't use anymore.

But if you want to look into making one yourself, below might be a good start.

and any old lightweight fabric will serve as a prototype, just to see if it works for your setup before you invest in .5 oz(?) breathable dwr......or whatever is lightest these days.KM (who made a trial SPE out of lightweight rayon from the scrap pile...)
