    Greetings and Salutations from NJ

First I have to compliment everyone on making this an amazing source for all matters relating to hammocks. I have been a lurker here for a a while and recently decided that after being a ground dweller for many years, to dip my toe into the hammocking waters this year and see how it feels.

Right now I am taking a look into some of the lighter weight options to see what will suit me best. I have to say Sgt. Rock's posts on the 16/13oz setups were great to see. It was a nice mashup of myog, a few vendor purhases and a minimalistic mindset. Its certainly an option, but man the allure (cmon, with all those great reviews how could you not be drawn that way) of a WB setup is pretty inviting too

Karl - Thanks for the heads up about the winter hang. That might be the only time of year you can go into the pines and not have to worry about ticks!

Knotty - Doin just fine. Howa you doin?
