That's a pretty good rig to help start a full blown hammock addiction. I started off with a skeeter-beater UL, now I've given up more square feet than I care to admit (including hammock stands) in my house.

Now we just need you to give up those s-hooks.

Oh yeah, s-hooks have to go! I am a little worried about them getting snagged on the hammock while in the bag since they are not rounded off on the ends. So far I am happy with it, but a little worried about the addiction that could follow!

Hi guys. Got mine a few months ago, and haven't looked back! I am 6'3" and 240# , and the hammock has held up perfectly. Spent maybe 10 full nights (and even more lazy afternoons) in it already, so far not showing any wear at all. Not bad for $17 from REI. I ditched the S-hooks right away, used carabiners for a while, and recently just went straight to the suspension tied right off the hammock webbing loop.
