DCNR Old Loggers Page
The only problem I have with the midatlantichikes(MAH) site is that the DCNR says 27.1 and MAH says "This 28.8 mile long (Some references, including the State Forest map, has the distance at 27.3 miles.) " and then later in the same paragraph it states "The northern loop is about 21 miles long. The southern loop is about 13 miles in length." so basic math puts that at about 34 miles long.
Everywhere is walking distance if you have the time. ~Steven Wright
Iafte: Thanks for the trip report, it brought back good memories.
It's a trail worth hiking more than once, esp. in different seasons.
