@plowhorse, It was rather funny because he set it up almost as a joke. When he laid in it he got a bit of stretch from both the paracord and the tarp, but was stills suspended. I asked: "Are you going to sleep in that?" to which he responded "I don't know if I can sleep in thizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" out like a light.
He tightened it a few times before going to bed for the night and threw in his CCF and Thermarest. By the morning, he was only 4 or so inches from the ground, but still hanging. It looked comfortable but I weigh a fair amount more than he does, so I didn't dare try.
