Need a Hammock in Santa Barbara for the Weekend

I live in Santa Barbara, California. I need a hammock for the weekend. Can anyone suggest where I can borrow, rent, or buy one?

I'm going camping with my eleven-year-old niece this weekend. I promised her that she could sleep in a hammock. She thinks that is adventurous and exciting. I already have a hammock for her to use. Now, however, she wants to bring a friend, so I need a second hammock. I ran out to a few local stores, but all they have is junk.

Can anyone offer advice? If you can help me find a second hammock for the weekend, you'll make a little girl happy.

    Hey there T.C.,
'CheapSports' in Ventura carries a few different Grand Trunks. Some colorful floral pattern choices that should appeal to a young lady.
    Have a great trip!

    Ozzy,

Thanks for the tip. I know about Cheap Sports and I shop there for clothing, but I didn't even think of them for a hammock. I'll try to swing by.

I also received a tip that the A-Frame Surf Shop in Carpinteria has some Panama Hammocks.

Of course, I'd prefer not to drive to Ventura or even to Carpinteria, so if anyone knows of a store in Santa Barbara selling hammocks, please let me know.

Update: I found Eagle's Nest hammocks at Mountain Air Sports on State Street. So far, that's the only place I've found in all of Santa Barbara selling hammocks.

TC - I've only seen the ENO Hammocks at SB Outfitters on upper State St. I wouldn't touch a hammock at A-Frame as those are beach hammocks and the last time I was at Real Cheap Sports talking about hammocks, the guys looked at me like I was crazy... maybe they've changed their tune? The ENO's are real nice hammocks though and would probably suite your needs fine.

Unfortunately, there are no other options here in SB!! Wish I had an extra to loan you.

P.S. don't forget to bring pads/bottom insulation for those girls' hammocks. San Rafael Wilderness still drops into the 40's at night.... and the last thing you want it two frozen, miserable, 11-yr olds on your hands!

REI in Northridge is another possibility.
