    Going out for another overnighter!

Hey everyone...just wanted to share my excitement. I'm going out on another cold weather overnight hike tomorrow. The high is forcasted to be 39 degrees, 60% chance of rain turning to snow and the low in the mid 20's! I can't believe I'm excited about this!

I'm taking pics as usual and will post them here. I'll report on if I stay warm too! I'm actually going to have company this time....I've run into two other women in my area that are attempting AT thru hikes next year like me, so us 3 gals are going together to test our cold-weather gear. Should be tons of fun. They are both ground dwellers so it will be interesting to hear if they stay warm too.

If you happen to look at a weather radar and you see the big blob of rain and snow storms over Michigan tomorrow....that's what I'll be out in!

Michele, I just got back from a overnight last night. The temp was only down to 50 degrees. Although it did rain overnight. FUnny how we look for those things.

I'll post a couple good pics I got. I went with Doctari and one of his ground dwelling friends. I got a couple good pics of us hanging over a creek.
