Danish/German Hang

boys, great idea and good to have you on board, Eifel!
I'm afraid 2/2 Oct I'm not free though. I'll be for two weeks in the Bavarian alps, on "kind of" another type of hang, more in person when we meet. Bottom line though 15-30Oct has to be without me.
Here's what looks possible on my side:

No worries, we'll plan the hang so that it'll fit all of our schedules.

13/14 Nov is kinda out the picture for me, as my wife's birthday is on the 14th...don't wanna mess with that temper of hers

4/5 Nov might be a good idea - what is the verdict from the rest of ya?

From my side, I could propose 1 other earlier date. 25.-26 September could be a possibility. How does that work for everyone?

In my non-hammocking life I'm very much into competitive rowing and on that weekend my crew and I will be going down to Bavaria for a big race. So, sorry boys, but 25/26sep not possible on my side.

What's a non-hammocking life?!?

Sounds like a fictional weird life without a hammock close by - not realistic though!

Eifel, are you able to attend the hang at any of the proposed November or December dates?

Hi Guys,
Apologies for not responding sooner. I got really busy and dropped out for a few days.

Nov. and Dec are turning out to be really tough months. I have several business and family commitments and have to travel quite a bit beginning 2. half Oct till early Jan, '11.

Looks like I'm out till after the new year. Very bummed by that fact, however I absolutely want to join a hang with you guys as soon as possible. Let's keep the thread alive and plan a little further out.

Spontaneity isn't dead, it just isn't prioritized.

Sorry to hear that.

Might I suggest that we go through with this hang (ex: 4/5 Nov) and then reverse the host roles and we'll visit you in Germany early in the new year?
