I second the Dragon. I am out of vacation time but a ride up to the Dragon would be doable in a weekend from here. Keep us informed of when and where.

mmm I probably won't be able to make it too easy from St. Louis in a weekend, but any riders / hangers are welcome in MO anytime
A good caver never loses her pack.
I can make it to the Dragon.
I've never been to The Dragon! Please make sure the date selected doesn't conflict with other hangs, like Dolly Sods, Gorge Rats, or MAHHA. I would love to attend!

I'd like to go, but timing would be crucial. Leaving on 9/9 to ride the TAT from TN to CO (http://transamtrail.com). Be gone about 10 days. The Dragon sounds like fun, haven't ridden that on the GS.
Looks like the Dragon has it. I was thinking about staying away from the holiday weekend. Don't want to fight the crowds.
I have a buddy that went up there last year and talked about a motorcycle only campground. It would be a good base.
I'll look at the scheduling of the other hangout's later today and post a poll with some dates later.
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?
The hanger formly known as "hammock engineer".
