I've always wanted to take my bike on Amtrak to Reno and ride across the mountains to visit Yosemite. I'd love to ride all the way there, but who has the time?

I'm almost always in the right lane, and I find myself behind a lot of Prius autos. I guess the Smart Cars are a little faster.

Relax, monsters under the hammock are easily distracted by twister-playing squirrels.

I'D love to go but oct 2 is too soon for me. i just got back sunday from a 10 day ride and hang. I camped at the dragon one night up on the hill. i had a ring side seat of all the last run for the evening crew. no problems at all in finiding a couple of good trees. short walk to the nice showers and still just beyond earshot of the rowdies around the fire. I did NOT rided the dragon. way too many squids on that road. also hung at TWO, Blue Ridge mc campground and willville mc campground.

So who's going on this great idea for a hang/ride? I'd love to go, I just refuse to ride my 87 Goldwing in the rain...I know.. so if the weather is perfect from here to there I'm in!
