Hey everyone,
Just got off the phone with my brother and he just got a Golite Odyssey in yesterday's mail. Therefore I am withdrawing my interest in this pack.
I do currently own one and it is great. I especially like the quick-draw mesh water bottle holders. Also, the upper part of the hip belt/shoulder pad assembly has two, small zippered pockets for small quick access stuff. The main body is made of ripstop silnylon with a thicker nylon bottom. There are three compression straps securing the attached main body to the length of the harness. The hipbelt is adjustable up/down the harness for some torso adjustability. I use my ridgerest rolled up inside the pack for same added stability. I recently placed my plastic ground cloth inside the three compression straps to protect the pack body while bushwacking in NHs White Mountains as well as following the long-abondoned and unmaintained Adam's Slide Trail and the pack held up very well.
All in all, this is a fantastic pack and the price looks real nice. I believe the weight of this pack is a mere 1lb 10 oz. with a max volume of 3350ci. I have put up to 35 lbs. in this pack but I believe that it can take more.

The pack is fine. I'm selling because I went a little bigger with an REI Flash 65 to carry ice ax, fishing pole, Banks Fry-Bake pan and other gear on cooler and buggier trips in the shoulder seasons.
Finally, I better be on vacation from the Sat 8/28 through Sunday 9/12 so will not be near a PC to respond immediately to private messages or replies. But, still send a message and I'll respond ASAP.
