My pleasure. I tried the WB bugnet on my ENO DN. I have the older version with the horizontal zipper which I think is a tiny but smaller than the new one. The only thing I noticed was it was snug around me depending on how diagonal I laid but that's because I am a wide guy. I'm only 5'6" but I am 275lbs. Being snug is nice because I don't get excess material sagging.
I think it's the newer one that's the smaller of the two. I'd go check, but I've got my old one loaned out. Anyway, I've used both on our TrekLight Double; no problems.
Trust nobody!
I just sold mine, the older version, in the for sale section. The reason was because it never felt quite right on my DN. I am a big guy for sure, and it fit, it just never seemed "exactly right". The problem for me was when I tried to create alot of sag. It was tight on the bottom. If I left my ridgeline loose, it fit fine. The person I bought it from mentioned the same issue (kinda) and I thought I would be fine on mine. I just ordered the material from Scott to make a bug sock and be done with it. Nice net, and very high quality, just not for me.
on a similar note i have the HB no-seeum-no-more net on my HB(pretty much an eno) and it its snug when i get my sag on. i didnt have any comfort issues and i was being SWARMED by skeeters. they really wanted to get me but never did. even without any bottom insulation other than my skivvies- it was warm out...
...in it for pics.
someone asked a couple months back what the next big one in development would be for hammockdom.....bugnets are one for sure...look at what Sgt.Rock has done, and it is available from PoppaSmurf...but this is important probably only for backpackers who are compugrams sice they weigh less than 2 ounces for whole length hammock/user protection. Fragile yes but who truly trashes their gear on purpose.
