canoeski, I changed your snowflake to an HF symbol, if you don't mind... jus' trying to be helpful, as it looked like that's what you'd wanted.

Thanks! Silly me couldn't figure out where the HF symbol was. So I picked the next most appropriate one.

Too bad you can't see all the folks in your region without looking at three different maps, which resize to large each time.

Yeah, a lot of the finer points escape me. I have a couple maps of my own but I haven't played that much with GM's features and didn't want to muck up the HF one. I just copied one of the HF symbols from the map and added it to "My Icons", so I can set user symbols easily.

I noticed some people have inadvertently entered their user name where the map name goes so I reset it to something more descriptive. It's HC4U's map, though, so I hope I'm not overstepping.

Somebody slap my hand (gently) if I should back off.

Just remembered... you can double click a point on the map and it will recenter and zoom in; repeat as desired or use the map zoom bar at the upper left. You can click on each symbol to see who it is. Not quite as nice as having labels show on the map, but better than nothing.

Edit: canoeski is right -- you have to check all the pages.
