okay I thought i new how this worked because I have done this kml files stuff with google earth but when I click on it it comes up with some error. I even tryed to save it to the desktop and then open it but it wont open. so I put into google earth program and still cant get it working not sure why. but I can look at it thru the other map.

well after several hours I got it working and now I am much happer. even though I could'nt get it to work it was still real cool now it's that much better.

Well it has been several days since anyone posted on this topic so I thought I would say something here to keep it up front again " out of site out of mind " I know there are more people here on the forum that could send him something so we could fill up the map a little more. I dont know if it's because there is not many tree's out west but there should be more people out there that are on this forum. They all can not be from east coast.

So let's try to fill up the map some more.

Yes I still beleave that there are some folk's out there that dont want to show were they live maybe. But I cant help but think that there allot of members out there that still have not put it on your map.

But what a great thing you have done keep up the good work.

I realize that and I knew when starting this that we wouldn't get every member. The digital world we live in can be scary sometimes....especially when I can zoom in om my house on Google Earth and see the table and chairs on my back porch.

I'm trying to keep things a vague as possible by only using city/state format.
