    Ray Way quilt?

I may be moving over to down sometime over the next year. I have a few projects in the works before that... and I have to let the budget build back up before I start working with the expensive materials...

What do you think of that Ray Way quilt? Does it use Climashield? I imagine it is meant for top quilt only? Also, for those with the KAQ, is it usable at all for other than UQ purposes?

No, the KAQ and the Ray-Way are single function quilts. The Ray-Way used Polarguard, but I'm not sure if the supply is still there for those folks. I thought I heard that the company that makes Polarguard will no longer be making it (or no longer selling it in small amounts) or something like that.

I wondered whether Climashield might be the only synthetic left...

BTW, I like my Ray-Way quilt, except that I got the Alpine upgrade, which makes it pretty warm. I'll use it this winter some when it gets really cold. It's a little bulky with the extra insulation.

I can't speak for the Ray Way Quilt. I do have a Potomic (KAQ) and I cant imagine using it for anything else unless it was an emergency situation. It is cut narrow on the ends and mine is made from sil.

Ray and Jenny Jardine will sell you polarguard if they have any, and a Ray Way quilt can be made No Sniveler style if that is what you want, you are making it.
