I just came across this, I'm trying to get some accomidations together for my Aussie brother-inlaw who will be staying with us for 3 weeks. I want to get him out to hang so i've been looking around for some deals...

Has anyone used the L200 foam? Just wondering how well it works as an insulator. I use this stuff in my work and have a large supply at home. It is very comfortable for kneeling and sitting on. Just wondering what the R value is.
