Sign of life at OES?

Gentlemen,
I'm a little bid at a loss, maybe you can help me out.
After some very pleasant email exchanges and recommendations Brian had recommended to me the Deluxe SpinnUL Trap for my brand new (and yet to arrive!) Warbonnet Blackbird. The tarp was - Brian had promised as much - to be sent out - end of Aug, early Sep. In the meantime I had asked him in two mails for some minor modifications but have to date not heard anything from him let alone received any delivery since 24Aug.
Any idea? What should I do?

well, I reckon I was already pretty serious when I paid a good while ago, too!

I just talked with Brian a week ago via email. I know he is among the living. I would give him another email and a quick PM here on the forum. I have had better luck with responses from him on Fridays and weekends. I think he has classes starting up right now.

Saupacker: I ordered something from him Friday and received an e-mail from him yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. He informed me that he should be back to sewing in a few days. As Savage stated, he's back to classes now. He's promised my tarp in a week or so. I would imagine your's would be ahead of mine. I hope it all works out in a timely manner for the both of us.

I noticed that you are from outside the USA. It could be that something happened and your once-previously received emails are getting caught up in his spam filter.

Or possibly shipped and held up in customs? I had once ordered a custom knife sheath from Canada and never received a shipping notice...only to find out it was held up in customs for over 2 months.

Brian's business communications class was scheduled in conflict with the sewing seminar. Tarps first class, but customer service a "second." I'm sure it'll show up sooner or later and you'll like it.
