Cool!
My daughter and I have fit both of our hammocks under my Speer Winter tarp on multiple occasions, including one rainy night, and it's worked well! For windy and wet weather I pitch her HH stock tarp on one side to supplement.

Hey, I need that cute little step stool you'all got there in the middle!!!
Nice setup!
Looks great!
What tarp is that? I intend to use this sort of setup with my daughter too.
Any advice as to what tarps are best suited for dual hammocks?

Yeah, that´s a great setup especially when sleeping with kids. I slept in such a setup 12 nights in a row this summer, mostly with my youngest daughter (8 yrs, 9 nights) but also with my son (9 yrs, 2 nights) and my cousins son (10 yrs, 1 night). I also tried some nights with three hammocks but then I had to use 2 tarps, but that also worked.
Nice pictures!

Sorry dudes, only in Swedish (so far).
Hey Perrito,
I have an OGee tarp and it definetely lends itself to hang two hammocks underneath it. If you go to the "The Ogee Tarp" thread started by Gargoyle you can veiw many of the setup options for both the single and double hammock set-up. There are many pictures to view and HawkEye and Gargoyle have both made videos that you can review.
Some of the things that I like about this tarp, is that it is lieghtweight, sets up in many ways, set-up can be with just two stakes or ten...you choose which one will get the job done for you. I carry my tarp on the outside of my backpack, so that is ready for rapid deployment if needed (rainshower), and with the two stake/diamond shape it can be setup in about 3-4 minutes easily.
I have other tarps that are large , and while they give a good amount of coverage they are not so adaptable to the space you are using, either because of size , shape, or obstructions. With the Ogee tarp you have many, many set-up options.
That is easily said, but until you see it in action you just can't wrap your head around the concept. I have talked with others and we have talked about the times that a large conventionally shaped tarp is actually wrapped around a tree to get the job done. Remember a tarp dwelling is only temporary, but sometimes your options are limited to what is there. It is at these times that having as many options available to you, may really come into play.

I DIY'd my own 11.5' x 9' tarp
I've had pretty good luck doing a 2-hammock hang under a 12x12 Kelty Noahs Tarp. It's got plenty of tieouts so you can try different things. Here's a picture from a trip I did with my wife last year.
