The under cover is pretty complex and I don't think anyone here has been able to dupe it.
Also, I thought you ordered an Expedition?

Over cover is just cut to the shape of the bugnet with about 6" added on. Add a way to attach it and you are good to go.

Well I think i need to make the undercover first from what i understand
Why don't you make an under quilt instead. The super shelter needs the undercover plus a specially shaped foam pad to work. Not exactly DIY stuff (for most people).

I would like to make a undercover knock off and then I'll buy a replacement underpad for 35 bucks and should be set.
