I am looking for a good internal frame backpack that can carry at least 100 ozs.
of water. And can hold at least 30 lbs. and would like it to carry more then my camel back which is what I have been using only has about 600 cu. ins. just enough room to carry my WBBB and my tarp an my sleeping bag and not much more.I need something easy on my back. with good shoulder pads and hip pads.
Also it will need to be for 2 or 3 days use. If anyone has a used one for sale or tell me what I need to buy. It sure would help out. Somewhere in the $100.00
range or just a little more.

get yourself either a camelbak motherlode 500 (2450 cu in)-or- camelbak bfm 500(3250 cu in)
these are hydration packs which carry 100 OZ of water,plus they can hold up to 80 lbs
plus many storage pockets.....well woth the money ! (175-200 ) brand new

I've been happy with Osprey packs that are hydration compatible. My first pack was an Osprey Kestrel 48. It's just under 3000 c.i., has an attached rain cover, and will hold a camelback 100 oz as well. I find it to be well-built and comfortable.
